New Start Programme
Third Sector Enterprises (3se) – Social Enterprise Training programme has been designed to give you the practical skills needed to develop and start a social enterprise business.
This series of six workshops will take you on a structured journey from developing your initial business idea, constituting a working group, planning for action, identifying practical solutions for finance and marketing right through to formalising your business proposition.

Workshop 1 – Basics of Social Enterprise & Constitutions
Workshop 2 – Planning your organisation
Workshop 3 – Business Planning
Workshop 4 – Funding, finance and recording progress
Workshop 5 – Promoting your organisation
Workshop 6 – Evaluation and Action Planning
One to One reviews take place throughout the programme
3se will help to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to give you the best chance of developing your idea into a robust social enterprise organisation.
The programme is designed to accommodate individual needs and training is delivered in an informal way using a variety of methods and practical activities. One to one review meetings are an important part of the process to ensure progress is achieved.
