Greater Manchester Social Enterprise Action Plan

3SE, in association with the North West Development Agency (NWDA), joined forces with other key support agencies to deliver a programme of support designed to accelerate the development of social enterprise in Greater Manchester. The Greater Manchester Action Plan has provided funding support in a number of key initiatives, which are outlined below:
