Six workshops delivered over a period of several months will help you from the initial stages of developing your business idea, right through to formalising your business proposal.

Workshops will address the planning issues you need to consider when setting up your social enterprise:

• conducting market research
• choosing a legal structure
• working with stakeholders
• identifying sources of finance
• bidding and tendering for contracts
• preparing a marketing plan

3SE's expert advisors will be in touch during and after the workshop programme to provide help and advice throughout the critical business set up and early trading phases.  Participants who complete the workshop programme will have the opportunity to achieve the SFEDI Social Enterprise Owner Managers' Award.
